The process

Grind & repair

Prep is the name of the game. We grind the concrete to expose the pores for our basecoat to bond for long term adhesion. We then will repair cracks and pits with a 100% pure polyurea.

Basecoat

The 100% pure polyurea basecoat is the first layer that bonds to the now porous concrete that we just prepped. It’s flexible and chemically bonds to the concrete so that it can last for years and years!

Flake

Flake is the broadcast media that adds durability and good looks. We always do a “full broadcast” to ensure a seamless, beautiful, consistent look.

Topcoat

Lastly, the topcoat is applied on top of the flake. This product is 100% UV stable, anti-slip, and stain resistant. The result is a beautiful, functional coating that protects and beautifies your space.
